We believe that You, the guest, are The Most Important person in our business.
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your services. Therefore, we ask that you call us within 7 days of your service(s) for any changes that you may require. We are happy for the opportunity to make things right for you. If at any time, you feel that you would like to try the services of a different stylist at 501 Salon we support and recommend that you do so. Our entire team’s talent is at your disposal and discretion.
It is important to us that you have the correct hair care products for your use at home. Returns and exchanges are accepted on all hair care products within 14 days. Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded back onto a gift card.
Returns on hair dryers, flat irons and curling irons must occur within 14 days of the original purchase date. Returned items must consist of all packaging and be in original condition. We cannot offer returns or exchanges on hair accessories such as clips, brushes, combs, etc. Sales of those items are final.
Each appointment at 501 Salon will provide you personalized attention with your stylist of choice. We recommend that you make all appointments in advance to ensure stylist availability, as well as to secure the time that works best for your schedule. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to relax, browse style ideas and enjoy a refreshing beverage. If you are late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment or modify your service(s).
For your convenience, we provide a courtesy confirmation text 48 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you keep us informed of any changes in your contact information.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients.
In the event of a cancellation, we ask that you please provide us at least 48 hours notice so that we can accommodate other clients in need of our services.
Please telephone the salon at

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving at least a 48-hour notice, then you will be charged 50% of the cost of the missed service(s).
Failure to show for an appointment will result in a full service charge (100%).
These fees will be expected to be paid prior to future visits.
For certain services, including services requiring booking of more than 1 hour, Keratin Treatment, group services, multiple services, or special request appointments, we require a deposit to book and hold the appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the final bill. We require 48 hour notice in the event of a cancellation. If no prior notice (48 hour notice) is given, deposit will be non-refundable.
All pricing is based on time needed and product used to perform each service. Pricing is subject to increase if additional time or product is needed to accommodate your particular hair needs. If you have any questions on specific pricing, then we urge you to ask your stylist for pricing prior to your service.
Complete Color Change/ Corrective Color/ Keratin Treatment – Final Pricing by Consultation
Because color prices can vary significantly depending upon the length and density of your hair, a complimentary color consultation is suggested for all new clients. Following your complimentary consultation, multiple visits may be necessary to achieve the desired results to promote the overall health of your hair.
It is our mission to give back to our industry by growing future stylists. At 501 Salon, it is possible that a portion of your service is performed by a qualified apprentice with the guidance of an Artist l or higher. Apprentices will only be allowed to perform these services after they meet the 501 Standards for the service. Pricing for these services will be charged at the rate of the stylist you are scheduled with.
Clothing and Jewelry
We suggest you wear our provided robes when receiving any service. If you choose not to change, we will not be responsible for any damage to clothing.
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing , jewelry and accessories.
We ask that all cell phones be set to vibrate before entering the salon as a courtesy to other clients and our design team. We strive to provide a relaxing, private and undisturbed atmosphere at all times.
Children Safety Policy
With the utmost respect to the parents, for safety reasons and insurance purposes, We encourage parents to visit the salon without their children unless the child has an appointment. We do not have the facilities to care for children and even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons, chemicals, glass shelves, etc.). We love children, over half of our staff are parents themselves and understand that this can be a sensitive issue and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our other guests.

In the service area of the salon we can only accommodate those clients receiving services. We thank you for your cooperation in advance. Our goal is to provide each client with personalized individual attention. All guests are asked to wait in the reception area.
Gift cards are available for your gift giving convenience and are offered in any amount.
Gift Card and any unused portions of gift card expire within one year of issuance.
Gift Card may be used to purchase any product or service.
Gift card cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be refunded once issued.
Gift cards do not include gratuities and are not redeemable for cash.
Gift card is not for resale and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Gift Card must be presented at the time service is rendered.
501 Salon is not responsible for lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen gift card.
