Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, so late cancellations or no shows dramatically impact our staff and other guests. In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, We require a 48-hour notice for penalty free cancellation of appointments. Guests can cancel appointments by our online booking system, calling the salon and speaking with our concierge team, sending an email to experience501@gmail.com, or by leaving a voicemail if outside of salon hours. Guests will be required to have a credit or debit card on file with their guest profile account to serve as a deposit for any scheduled appointment. Guests cancelling appointments with less than a 48-hour notice will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointments menu price (for stylist booked) that will be charged to the credit or debit card on file. No show appointments will be required to pay 100% of the missed appointments menu price that will be charged to the credit or debit card on file. Guests who No Show on more than one occasion must pre-pay, in full, for any services that they would like to schedule. Additionally, if you arrive to the salon more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, all/some services scheduled may not be performed if the remaining time is no longer sufficient.
