SERVICE GUARANTEE

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your services and we do our very best to get it just right! However, sometimes a slight adjustment may be necessary.  Don’t be shy - just give us a call within 5 days of your service(s) and our team will be happy to consider possible refinements!  We welcome the opportunity to make things right for you. Our entire team’s talent is at your disposal.

APPOINTMENTs

Each appointment at 5o1 Salon will provide you personalized attention with your stylist  of choice. We recommend that you make all appointments in advance to ensure stylist availability and secure the time that works best for your schedule. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to relax, browse style ideas and enjoy a refreshing beverage. If you are late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment or modify your service(s).

Deposits

Services requiring booking of more than 1 hour will require a deposit to book and hold the appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the final bill. We require 48 hour notice in the event of a cancellation. If no prior notice (48 hour notice) is given, deposit becomes non-refundable. 

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

In the event of a cancellation, we ask that you please provide us at least 48 hours notice so that we can accommodate other guests in need of our services.

Last minute cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the cost of the missed service(s) scheduled.
Failure to show for an appointment will result in a full service charge (100%).
These fees will be automatically charged to the credit card we have on file or will need to be paid prior to scheduling future visits.

Pricing

All pricing is based on service/time needed and product used to perform each service.  Pricing is subject to increase if additional time or product is needed to accommodate your particular hair needs. If you have any questions on specific pricing,  we encourage you  ask your stylist for pricing prior to your service.

It is our mission to give back to our industry by growing future stylists. At 5o1 Salon, it is possible that a portion of your service is performed by a qualified apprentice with the guidance of their mentor.  Apprentices will only be allowed to perform these services after they meet the 5o1 Standards for the service. Pricing for these services will be charged at the rate of the stylist you are scheduled with.
